Sole Trader with Consumer Rights – a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity where the content of that agreement shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person, in particular in view of the subject of their business activity as disclosed in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) or another relevant business register. Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Store properly, the following are required:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address,
- cookies and JavaScript enabled, where required for the Store to function properly.
The Seller takes reasonable measures to ensure the proper operation of the Store; however, full compatibility with every device, browser or user configuration cannot be guaranteed.
§ 4 RULES FOR USING THE STORE AND PLACING ORDERS
The Buyer may make purchases:
- after registering an Account, or
- without registering, as a guest.
Information about Goods provided in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement and not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
To place an order, the Buyer:
- selects the Goods,
- adds them to the cart,
- selects the delivery and payment methods,
- provides the information necessary to process the order,
- confirms that they have read the Terms and Conditions, where such confirmation is required,
- submits the order using a button indicating an obligation to pay.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms that the order has been accepted for processing.
The Buyer is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Providing unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.
§ 5 PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices of Goods presented to Consumers in the Store are gross prices and include applicable taxes, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Prices may be expressed in Polish złoty or in another currency clearly indicated in the Store.
The total order value includes:
- the price of the Goods,
- delivery costs, where applicable,
- any other charges clearly disclosed before the order is placed.
The final total price payable by the Buyer is displayed before the order is placed.
Whenever the Seller announces a reduction in the price of Goods, the Seller also states the lowest price of those Goods that applied during the 30 days before the reduction was introduced, in accordance with applicable law.
The available payment methods are presented to the Buyer during the ordering process, before the order is finally confirmed.
In particular, the following payment methods may be available:
- payment cards,
- fast online bank transfers,
- BLIK,
- Przelewy24 (online bank transfers and BLIK processed through Przelewy24),
- Klarna,
- Apple Pay or other digital wallets, where available,
- other payment methods currently offered in the Store by payment service providers integrated with the Shopify platform.
Electronic payments are processed by the external payment service providers currently available in the Store. Information about the operator of a particular payment method may be presented at checkout or during the payment process.
Payments made through Przelewy24 are processed by PayPro S.A., with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP (tax ID) 7792369887.
Where payment is made in advance, the Buyer should pay for the order within 7 Working Days of the date the order is placed. If payment is not received within this period, the Seller may cancel the order.
Business purchases and VAT invoices
The Seller issues a VAT invoice for each order. Invoices and other sales documents may be provided electronically in accordance with applicable law.
A Buyer purchasing for a business ticks “I need an invoice for my company” in the cart and enters the company name and its tax number (NIP). A VAT number from another EU Member State is entered with its country prefix, e.g. DE123456789; for deliveries to another EU Member State it must also be entered in the VAT number field at checkout. On this basis the Seller issues the VAT invoice to that company. Requests to correct invoice details can be sent to the Seller's e-mail address given in § 2.
For deliveries within Poland, Polish VAT is charged even if the Buyer provides a tax number.
For deliveries to another Member State of the European Union, where the Buyer is a business and provides a valid EU VAT identification number (checked automatically in the VIES system), the sale is an intra-Community supply of goods taxed at 0% in Poland. VAT is accounted for by the Buyer in their own Member State (reverse charge), and the invoice carries the corresponding annotation. The price payable without Polish VAT is shown before the order is placed. If no EU VAT identification number is provided or it fails verification, VAT is charged under the general rules.
A Buyer purchasing for a business who is not a Sole Trader with Consumer Rights does not have the rights reserved for Buyers with Consumer Rights, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal. Returns and complaints for such Buyers are governed by § 8 (voluntary 30-day returns) and § 10 part III.
§ 6 ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
The delivery time from placing the order to delivery, including printing, is: Poland 2–6 Working Days, Germany 3–6 Working Days, other countries 3–8 Working Days, unless otherwise stated for particular Goods.
The fact that standard catalogue Goods are printed, assembled or prepared after an order is placed does not by itself make them a Personalised Product.
For Personalised Products manufactured to individual specifications, the delivery time may differ and is counted from:
- payment confirmation, where applicable,
- receipt of the complete and correct files, content or instructions required to manufacture the Personalised Product.
Delivery is available within Poland and to other countries where the Store clearly offers this option.
The available delivery methods and their costs are indicated in the Store during the ordering process.
Free delivery may be available above a specified order value, in accordance with the current information displayed in the Store.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact details provided by the Buyer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
§ 7 PERSONALISED PRODUCTS AND PRINT FILES
For Personalised Products manufactured on the basis of materials or specifications supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer is responsible for the correctness, completeness and technical quality of those materials.
The Buyer’s responsibility may cover in particular:
- file resolution,
- correctness of the text and content submitted,
- design proportions,
- compatibility of the design dimensions with the ordered product,
- quality of photographs, graphics and other materials supplied by the Buyer,
- holding the necessary rights to use the materials provided to the Seller.
The Seller is not required to correct text, language errors, graphic layouts or technical deficiencies in files unless such a service has been expressly agreed.
Colours displayed on a computer, tablet or phone screen may differ slightly from printed colours due to printing technology, the characteristics of the paper or material, display settings and colour profiles.
Minor colour differences within normal technological tolerances do not in themselves constitute a lack of conformity of the Goods with the agreement. This provision does not limit the Buyer’s statutory rights where the difference is significant or where the Goods otherwise fail to conform to the agreement.
If the proportions of a file supplied by the Buyer do not correspond to the selected final format, production of the Personalised Product may require cropping, scaling or the use of margins.
To the extent that a defect or lack of conformity results directly from incorrect, incomplete or technically inadequate materials supplied by the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for that specific issue, provided that the Seller has otherwise properly performed the agreement and applicable law permits such a limitation.
Placing an order for a Personalised Product constitutes acceptance of the production parameters and individual specifications expressly selected or supplied by the Buyer.
§ 8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURNS
Statutory right of withdrawal
A Buyer with Consumer Rights has the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions set out in § 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which:
- the Buyer with Consumer Rights, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by them, takes possession of the Goods, or
- the last item, batch or part is taken into possession, where one order covers multiple Goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer with Consumer Rights must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement, for example:
- by post to the Seller’s address, or
- by e-mail to store@reximprimis.com.
The Buyer with Consumer Rights may also withdraw online using the withdrawal function, which is available via the “Withdraw from contract here” link in the footer of every page of the Store. After entering and reviewing the requested details, the Buyer with Consumer Rights submits the withdrawal with the “Confirm withdrawal” button. The Seller will send an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by e-mail without undue delay, including its content and the date and time of its submission.
The Buyer with Consumer Rights may use the model withdrawal form provided by the Seller, but is not obliged to do so. The withdrawal information and the model withdrawal form are set out in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions.
The withdrawal form is available here:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Buyer with Consumer Rights to send the statement of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of statutory withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse all payments received from the Buyer with Consumer Rights, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller for the relevant order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller receives the statement of withdrawal.
If the Buyer with Consumer Rights selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not required to reimburse the additional delivery cost unless required by applicable law.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned Goods or until the Buyer with Consumer Rights has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the Buyer with Consumer Rights used for the original transaction, unless they have expressly agreed to another method; in any event, they will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
The Buyer with Consumer Rights must send back the Goods or hand them over to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the Seller of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Goods are sent back before the 14-day period has expired.
Returns should be sent to:
C-TECH Sp. z o.o.
ul. Zamkowa 9
58-530 Kowary
Poland
The Buyer with Consumer Rights bears the direct cost of returning the Goods in connection with a statutory withdrawal, unless applicable law or an express offer by the Seller provides otherwise.
The Buyer with Consumer Rights is liable only for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The absence of the original packaging does not in itself deprive a Buyer with Consumer Rights of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Returns sent cash on delivery may be refused where they would impose additional payment obligations on the Seller.
Voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal described above, REXIMPRIMIS offers an additional voluntary return period for eligible standard products, allowing returns for up to 30 days from the date the Buyer receives the Goods.
The voluntary return period from day 15 to day 30 is governed by the current Return and Refund Policy available in the Store.
This additional voluntary return policy does not limit or replace any statutory rights available to the Buyer.
§ 9 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided by applicable law applies, including in particular to agreements for non-prefabricated Goods manufactured to the Buyer’s individual specifications or clearly intended to meet the Buyer’s individual needs.
This may include in particular:
- posters or prints created from photographs, graphics or files uploaded by the Buyer,
- products containing an individually selected name, date, text or other personalised content,
- products manufactured to an individually requested non-standard size or specification,
- advertising or graphic products manufactured to individual instructions supplied by the Buyer,
- other Goods clearly personalised or produced specifically to the Buyer’s individual specifications.
Standard posters, prints, wall sets and frames selected from the regular REXIMPRIMIS catalogue are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal solely because they are printed, assembled or prepared after the Buyer places an order.
The statutory right of withdrawal may also be excluded in other situations expressly provided for by applicable law, including, where relevant:
- sealed Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery,
- Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably combined with other items.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming Goods. A Personalised Product may still be the subject of a complaint where it does not conform to the agreement.
§ 10 COMPLAINTS
I. General provisions
The Seller is liable to the Buyer with Consumer Rights for the conformity of the Goods with the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints may be submitted:
- by e-mail to store@reximprimis.com, or
- in writing to the Seller’s address.
No specific complaint form is required.
For convenience, the complaint form is available here:
To make the complaint easier and quicker to handle, the Buyer is advised to provide, where possible:
- the order number or other proof that allows the purchase to be identified,
- the Buyer’s contact details,
- a description of the lack of conformity,
- the date on which the issue was discovered,
- the remedy requested,
- photos documenting the issue, where useful.
A receipt is not the only acceptable proof of purchase.
The Seller will respond to a Consumer’s complaint within 14 days of the date it is received, unless mandatory law provides for a different period. Failure to respond within the statutory period will have the consequences provided for by applicable law.
II. Buyers with Consumer Rights
If the Goods are not in conformity with the agreement, the Buyer with Consumer Rights may request:
- repair of the Goods, or
- replacement of the Goods.
The Seller may apply a different remedy from the one requested by the Buyer with Consumer Rights where the requested remedy is impossible or would involve excessive costs compared with the alternative remedy, in accordance with applicable law.
The Seller will carry out the repair or replacement within a reasonable time from the moment the Seller is informed of the lack of conformity and without excessive inconvenience to the Buyer with Consumer Rights, taking into account the nature of the Goods and the purpose for which they were purchased.
The Seller bears the costs of repair or replacement, including the necessary costs of postage, transport, labour and materials.
Where required for repair or replacement, the Buyer with Consumer Rights makes the Goods available to the Seller, and the Seller arranges collection at its own expense.
The Buyer with Consumer Rights may declare a price reduction or withdrawal from the agreement where the conditions provided for by applicable law are met, including where:
- the Seller refuses to bring the Goods into conformity with the agreement,
- the Seller fails to bring the Goods into conformity within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience,
- the lack of conformity persists despite an attempt to bring the Goods into conformity,
- the lack of conformity is serious enough to justify an immediate price reduction or withdrawal,
- it is clear from the Seller’s statement or the circumstances that the Seller will not bring the Goods into conformity within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience.
The Buyer with Consumer Rights may not withdraw from the agreement on the grounds of a lack of conformity where the lack of conformity is insignificant, subject to applicable statutory rules.
Amounts due as a result of a valid price reduction will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the Seller receives the statement of price reduction.
Where the Buyer with Consumer Rights validly withdraws from the agreement due to a lack of conformity of the Goods, the Goods are returned at the Seller’s expense. The Seller will refund the price without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the Seller receives the Goods or evidence that they have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the Buyer with Consumer Rights used, unless they expressly agree to another method that does not result in any additional costs.
III. Buyers other than Buyers with Consumer Rights
Buyers who are not Buyers with Consumer Rights may pursue claims under the rules that apply to them under Polish law, including the Civil Code where applicable.
Buyers conducting business activity should inspect the Goods on receipt and report any objections without undue delay where required by law or by the nature of the transaction.
IV. Printing and personalisation
The following circumstances do not in themselves constitute a lack of conformity where they fall within normal technological tolerances and the Goods otherwise conform to the agreement:
- minor colour differences resulting from printing technology, paper characteristics, colour profiles or differences between screen displays and printed output,
- minor differences resulting from technically necessary cropping, scaling or adjustment to the selected format, provided that such adjustment does not materially alter the agreed design.
Where the Buyer has supplied materials for a Personalised Product, the Seller is not responsible for issues caused directly by:
- insufficient resolution or technical quality of a file supplied by the Buyer,
- spelling, wording, layout or graphic errors in content supplied or expressly approved by the Buyer,
- incorrect proportions in a design supplied by the Buyer,
- other defects resulting directly from materials or specifications supplied by the Buyer,
provided that the Seller has performed the agreement correctly and the issue was not caused or aggravated by the Seller.
These provisions do not exclude or limit statutory rights where the Goods are not in conformity with the agreement.
§ 11 PERSONAL DATA
The Seller is the controller of the personal data provided by the Buyer in connection with using the Store and placing orders.
Personal data may be processed for the purposes of:
- concluding and performing agreements,
- processing and fulfilling orders,
- handling returns and complaints,
- fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Seller,
- establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
Providing data is voluntary, but certain data is necessary to conclude and perform an agreement.
The Buyer has the rights provided for by applicable data protection law, including, where applicable, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
§ 12 CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Creating an Account is voluntary and free of charge.
In particular, the Account may enable:
- viewing order history,
- checking order status,
- saving details for future purchases,
- using other features currently available in the Store.
The Account maintenance agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon successful registration.
The Buyer may close the Account at any time, free of charge, using the relevant Account function or by contacting the Seller at store@reximprimis.com.
The Seller may suspend or terminate access to the Account for legitimate reasons, including:
- a material breach of the Terms and Conditions,
- deliberately providing false information,
- using the Account for unlawful activities,
- actions that threaten the security of the Store or other users.
Where reasonably possible, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the reason for the suspension or termination.
Complaints regarding the functioning of the Account may be submitted to store@reximprimis.com.
The complaint should include information that allows the Buyer to be identified and a description of the problem.
Complaints concerning the Account will be handled within the period required by applicable law.
A Buyer with Consumer Rights has the right to withdraw from the Account maintenance agreement within 14 days of its conclusion, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
§ 13 FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of their publication in the Store.
Agreements concluded through the Store are governed by Polish law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the Buyer.
The agreement may be concluded in the language version made available to the Buyer in the Store and at checkout.
In the event of a dispute with a Buyer who is not a Buyer with Consumer Rights, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Seller’s liability to the extent that such an exclusion or limitation would be impermissible under mandatory provisions of law.
The Seller’s liability towards a Buyer who is not a Buyer with Consumer Rights is limited to the value of the relevant order. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or where a limitation of liability is not permitted by mandatory provisions of law.
The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of:
- changes in applicable law,
- changes to the Seller’s details,
- changes to payment or delivery methods,
- changes to the functionality of the Store,
- changes necessary to improve security or prevent abuse.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect orders placed before the amended version comes into force. Such orders remain governed by the version in force when the order was placed.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Consumers in individual EU countries
The choice of Polish law does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded to them by those provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence which, under the applicable law of the European Union, cannot be derogated from by agreement.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the Seller is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. This does not affect the Consumer’s right to bring the matter before the competent court. For cross-border disputes, Consumers may also obtain free assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country of residence (ECC-Net).
In addition, the following applies to Consumers resident in the countries listed below:
- Poland: Consumers may obtain free assistance from a district or municipal consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) and may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including those conducted by the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
