We make every effort to ensure that orders placed in the REXIMPRIMIS store are processed quickly, safely and with the utmost care.
Printing and delivery time
We print every poster after you place your order. The delivery time from order to your door already includes printing: Poland 2–6, Germany 3–6, other countries 3–8 working days, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
For custom-made or personalised products, the delivery time may be longer and is counted from:
- payment confirmation,
- receipt of the complete materials or instructions required to fulfil the order.

Orders are delivered by reputable courier companies, such as:
- DPD
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, the selected delivery method, the order value and the type of products in the order.
The final shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown in the cart and at checkout before the order is placed.
Free delivery may be available for selected countries, above specified order values or during promotional campaigns, where this is clearly indicated in the Store or at checkout.

- If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided, delivery may be delayed.
- Delays may occur due to the carrier, technical issues, exceptional circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude or limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
